DATA PROTECTION

As a registered delegate your name and contact details will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees (on a search facility on our website, accessible by a password which will be handed out prior to the event) for them to see who else is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. If you do not wish your details to be included on the delegate list please tick. By entering your details in the fields on the left, you agree to allow MEED, Emap Ltd and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive mailings from other carefully selected companies please tick.

 

PAYMENT

Bookings made prior to the event must be paid in full to guarantee your registration. Full payment must be received prior to the event or credit card payment will be required on the day. Your booking is not secure until it is paid. MEED reserves the right to make alterations to the conferences programme, venue and timings. Any refunds made will exclude any flight/hotel cancellation charges.

 

EARLY BIRD RATE

In order to qualify for any of the above early bird rates, your booking and payment must be received before the deadline date listed on the brochure. To avoid missing this, we recommend securing payment with a credit card on registration.

 

CANCELLATIONS / SUBSTITUTIONS

We understand that sometimes you are unable to attend, in which case we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate. Please let us know within five working days of the conference in writing to confirm this. Should substitution not be possible we can of course a voucher (provided cancellation is made no later than two weeks prior to the event) which you can use for another event within six months of cancellation.
